We ship by Federal Express, UPS and USPS daily and pass discounts on to our customers. Robert's promise is that if for any reason you are not happy with your order we will do whatever is neccesary to make you happy, seriously.
SHIPPING POLICY:
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. Items in stock will typically ship out in 5-7 business days.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS:
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 10 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case the following conditions are not met robertallan.com reserves the right to discuss with you a fair solution without a restocking fee, which we don't ever want to do as we do not think that is very friendly way to treat a customer.
- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
- items and packaging must be received in new condition, not dirty or worn etc..
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt so we can give you the proper credit.
Before returning a package you need to contact robertallan.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use phone number listed below or e-mail tees@robertallan.com.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order is a custom order and already printed to meet your shipping date, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
